2.1 The Committee received a stage 2 briefing on the Public Health (Wales) Bill from Daniel Greenberg.

3 Use of anti-psychotic medication - consideration of scope and approach to the inquiry

3.1 The Committee considered and agreed the scope and approach to its inquiry with into the use of anti-psychotics, and agreed to issue a public consultation.

4.1 The Committee received a briefing on the Parliamentary Review into the future of health and social care in Wales from Dr Ruth Hussey and Eleanor Marks.

5 Consideration of the Committee's Forward Work Programme

5.1 The Committee discussed its Forward Work Programme.

5.2 The Committee agreed to look at options for post-legislative scrutiny of legislation considered by its predecessor committee in the Fourth Assembly.

5.3 The Committee agreed to consider options for reviewing progress that has been made against recommendations contained in reports published by its predecessor Committee in the Fourth Assembly.
